FREE DEMO AND TASTINGS - ITALIAN DAY

Three cheers for the red, white and green! On Saturday, January 13 th , everyone will be Italian for a day at Chef Central's Italian Feast Day. You'll sample some of Italy 's finest extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and espresso as well as learn how to make pasta at home. We'll also be introducing a few new imports and preparing several types of bruschetta. We'll round out the menu with fresh baked pizzelle cookies and assorted toppings. Bring the family and stay a while. Demo and tastings begin at 11 a.m. and finish at 3 p.m.
