The Omega Model 8003 Nutrition Center is our new single gear, masticating juice extractor that will serve all of your juicing needs and much more. This unit is a "multiple use" appliance that actually does all of its uses very well. The Model 8003 does all the following tasks with no extra cost attachments:

PASTA EXTRUDER: Homemade spaghetti, linguini or breadsticks can be extruded in just minutes with the included pasta nozzles.

GRINDER: Grind coffee beans and flour. Omega's single gear machine turns at a low 80 RPMs to ensure that nothing is lost through heated elements in your juice. This low speed also helps the

Omega 8003 foam less than a double gear style juicer. The 8003 model replaces the 8002 model. In addition to the sleek new stainless steel design, both models use the single gear extraction method, and feature a patented auger that features two stage juice extraction which helps to increase yield over other single stage auger juicers. Simplicity of operation is improved now that only one drum cap is required instead of two. In addition, there are less parts to clean with the 8003 than with the previous 8001 and 8002 models.
