This vinegar is elaborated from the naturally sweet Banyuls wine. After aging for four years in oak barrels in the Mediterranean sun. It is acetified and then aged one more year in new oak barrels. The natural sugar from the Banyuls, combined with the powerful and rich aroma of walnut, gingerbread and vanilla, will add an incomparable character to your recipes.
