Wusthof's Classic Western Knife is a slicing knife purposely designed to ease prepping as well as slicing of all types of meat. The new Classic 6-inch Western Knife features a narrow, razor-sharp straight edge blade with a clip point design to easily pierce tough outer skins, effortlessly remove silver skins, and penetrate tougher cuts of meats with ease. The knife’s handy, pointy tip can also be used to pierce a roast in sections and insert flavorful garlic cloves prior to cooking. The knife’s characteristic “notch” is also adept at scraping meat from the bone.
