A new addition to the flagship All Clad Copper Core line, the 2 1/2 quart Windsor pan with lid. The shape of the Windsor sauce pan is designed to help reducing sauces. The large surface area on top of the All Clad Copper Core windsor pan will allow a sauce to reduce more quickly than a traditional pan. The effect is more pronounced over longer periods of simmering.
