  1. Does Not Work With Non-Metric Sized Cakes

    I have no complaints about the construction or quality of this product - it is very well made. But beccause it is sized for metric-sized cakes, it is useless for 8, 9 and 10" diameter cakes. The outer ring must snugly fit the diameter of the cake, and unless you have metric sized cake pans, this product will not fit.

    Manufacturer response.
    The indentations are metric sized but it comes with a clip so it can be adjusted.
    It can certainly be used with non-metric size springforms, just need to adjust the clip when putting the mold around the cake.
