Lower the tool under and around the poachpod® to lift if from the counter, then lower the poachpod® into the water and remove the lift. After poaching, use the lift to remove the poachpod® from the water. If needed, run the spoon end of the lift along the top edge of the egg to help release it from the poachpod®. Serve and enjoy!
