Measures the temperature by using a probe sensor with oven rack clip, and an insulated metal wire that passes between the oven door seal back to the unit. Ovens can vary up to 50 F from the temperature you set on the dial, and every oven is different. If you don't know your oven temperature, your baking results can be poor.
