The mustard seeds are selected for their high quality and then are ground in a traditional stone mill. This traditional process preserves the pure flavor we all expect and demand.

This is a real Provencale Mustard from France with red pepper flakes, garlic, paprika, and extra virgin olive oil. This mustard is wonderful with grilled chicken, fish, and sausages.
