Silicone Gasket for 9" diameter (6qt) Fagor Pressure Cookers.

The primary purpose of a silicone gasket for a pressure cooker is to create a constant tight seal. Over time, the gasket tends to lose its elasticity. When this happens, your Fagor silicone gasket should be replaced immediately. Never attempt to use your pressure cooker with a gasket that is worn or torn, as steam might not build up inside the cooker or steam may even escape.

Note: This gasket is to be used only on Fagor Pressure Cookers as it will not work properly on other brands.
