Roland Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from 100% Italian Olives. This product has a fine, smooth yet bold, flavor. Extra virgin olive oil is the first passing of tree ripened olives. This oil is only .5% acid and is green/gold to bright green in color. Because Roland Extra Virgin Olive Oil has such an intense rich flavor, it is best used in salad dressings and to finish foods. Extra virgin olive oil has a low smoke point and therefore should not be used in frying.
