At the FALLOT mill the milling is still carried out using traditional mill stones, thus avoiding overheating of the seed. This method retains all of the flavour and bite of the seed for an exceptionally long time.
Fallot has added ground walnuts, creating a truly unique dijon mustard. Perfect for salad dressings and as a condiment for meats and cheeses.
