Return Policy

You may return new, unused and unopened items from our website within 30 days of purchase by mail or in person at any Chef Central retail location. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including applicable taxes.

If an item is believed to be defective, please check with the individual manufacturer's warranty policy. Some companies will offer a replacement with free shipping directly to the customer.

Inside your original order box was a Chef Central Returns Form. Please complete and return this form explaining the reason for your return and a copy of your receipt which is available online*. You can also click here to receive a pre-printed return address tag for your convenience.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Chef Central is not responsible for any damage or loss in shipping. Therefore we strongly advise insuring items that you send back to us.
