We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Chef Central. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days and receive a refund of the cost of merchandise plus tax charged (shipping, handling or other charges will not be refunded). The merchandise can be sent to us by mail or brought to any Chef Central retail location. All items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition. Laundered items will not be accepted.
If there is extensive damage or an error with your order please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 201-576-0100 before returning your item. If an item is believed to be defective, please check with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. Some companies will offer a replacement with free shipping directly to the customer.
Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you. Credits will be given in the form of the original payment. Returned items with no receipt will result in the issuance of a gift certificate. All non-gift returns of merchandise paid via gift certificate will be refunded to the original gift certificate. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Here are the basic steps:
- Please include the Internet Returns Form explaining the reason for your return. We have included a pre-printed return address tag to attach to the shipping box for your convenience.
- All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Chef Central is not responsible for any damage or loss in shipping. Therefore, we strongly advise insuring your items.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
